The Rab Microlighter Pullover Hoody is a streamlined, year-round insulation layer designed for lightweight warmth and efficient layering in the mountains. From cool summer evenings to winter layering systems, it delivers dependable performance in a simple, low-bulk pullover design.
Instead of traditional loose-fill down, it uses advanced TXdown® down-infused sheet insulation, which sits flatter against the body. This reduces bulk and improves layering compatibility under shells, while maintaining reliable warmth. The construction also enhances compressibility, allowing the hoody to pack down small for easy transport on fast-moving adventures.
Highly breathable, the Microlighter performs well during high-output activities, helping regulate temperature whether you're hiking uphill or climbing at the crag. The outer fabric is Pertex® Quantum with NetPlus®, made from recycled fishing nets, providing a windproof, lightweight, and durable finish. Built for versatility, it’s a go-to insulation piece for hiking, climbing, and fastpacking.
