Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We currently ship only to New Zealand addresses.

Most orders within New Zealand are shipped by either PBT, Post Haste, Fastways (residential and business addresses) or New Zealand Post (PO box, RD and other postal-only addresses).

We can ship to any address in New Zealand for a fee of $8.5 for residential addresses and $19 for rural address.

We usually ship in 1 to 2 business days and you should receive your items within 3-5 business day.​​​​​​​​​​​

Free Shipping​

All orders over $149 will be shipped free of charge.

Online Purchases Exchange/Returns Policy

Clothing and footwear that is new and has original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size and/or colour within 30 days of delivery or returned to the store for a refund if unsuitable.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Safety and climbing equipment, hygiene products and food cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of Small Planet Sports receiving the returned items. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5-10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us via sales@smallplanetsports.com or phone (03)442 5397. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty

Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via sales@smallplanetsports.com or 03-4425397. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.​​​​​
