Shipping during Covid-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown:
We are now registered with MBIE, and we can now ship Essential none-food Items. These are clothing, footwear, socks, lighting, gas stoves and water treatment products.
You can still shop and purchase all non-essential goods, however, they will not be shipped until we are allowed, likely after lockdown.
We are fully committed to working with the process of the lockdown, and all our team (apart from a designated online orders person) will continue to work from home.

For the moment we ship only to New Zealand addresses.
Most orders within New Zealand are shipped by either Post Haste, Fastways (residential and business addresses) or New Zealand Post (PO box, RD and other postal-only addresses).
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand for a fee of $8.5 for residential addresses and $14 for rural address.
We usually Ship in 1 to 2 Business Days and you should receive your items within 3-5 business day.
All orders over $149 will be shipped for free.
Online Purchases Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of Small Planet Sports receiving the returned items, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that can't be returned:
All purchases on climbing equipment, underwear and gift cards are final and cannot be returned other than where a right to a refund, replacement or repair exists under consumer law.
Maybe you chose the wrong size and need something larger or smaller, or maybe the colour doesn't suit after all and you would prefer another colour. As long as you can return the item with the original packaging and ensure all the tags are still attached we are more than happy to exchange your purchase.
Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or 03-4425397. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.
