The Salomon Shift Alpha BOA® 95 W 2027 is a high-performance women’s freeride ski boot designed to deliver a powerful alpine feel with hybrid touring capability. Built for intermediate to advanced skiers, it combines Salomon’s FreeSpine™ technology with the BOA® Fit System and Exobelt™ construction to deliver precise micro-adjustable fit, exceptional heel hold, and powerful energy transfer on descents.

Engineered around a narrow 98 mm last, this boot offers a close, performance-oriented fit for skiers with lower-volume feet. The 95 flex rating provides a balanced blend of responsiveness and comfort, making it ideal for all-mountain skiing with occasional uphill touring capability.

The Shift Alpha BOA® platform is designed to bridge the gap between resort performance and side-country versatility, featuring GripWalk soles, integrated tech inserts, and a walk mode that improves mobility when skinning or hiking.

• Exobelt: The strong textile/plastic fastener and BOA® Fit System brings remarkable heel hold and prevents blisters during ascents, while ensuring precision and power during descents.
• Midgrip sole: A Contagrip® piece between the toe and heel and GripWalk pads improve the boot's grip in difficult terrain such as a rocky summits, ice and other uneven surfaces.
• Polyurethane: A material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, reliable progressivity and good power transmission.

Cuff:

• PowerWedge: A little insert into the FreeSpine, the PowerWedge enhances your range of motion when unlocked and boosts power transmission when locked for an authentic alpine experience.
• Women specific cuff: An anatomic cuff with lower rear support that offers a better fit and more comfort to women’s calves.
• Twinlock mechanism: This redesigned SkiWalk and FreeSpine offer a wide range of motion and progressive alpine flex, while the horizontal closing position prioritizes safety and durability.
• Polyolefin + PEX: A blend of Polyolefin for durability, lightness, and stability, and cross-linked polyethylene (derived from recycled water pipes) for more rigidity without added weight.
• Freespine: This extremely sturdy plastic bar on the back of the boot links the cuff and lower shell to add a layer of reliable alpine progressivity to your freeride comfort.

Liner Construction:

• Custom tongue: Fully dismantlable and entirely customizable tongue that allows for perfect instep height adaptation. You can add foams or remove materials where it's needed (+/-8mm).

Pads:

• Full rubber sole Gripwalk: A high-performance, durable full rubber sole designed for alpine ski boots, providing reliable grip and precise control on snow and hard surfaces. Compatible with GripWalk and MNC bindings.
• Gripwalk premounted ISO 23223: Gripwalk pads are premounted and their specific shape offers improved walking comfort and more grip no matter the conditions.

Tightening:
