Vola Ski Wax Remover - RO21

The Vola RO21 Wax Remover is a specialised hot-scrape cleaning wax designed to deeply clean ski and snowboard bases before applying new wax. Unlike liquid cleaners, RO21 is a soft paraffin-based wax that is applied with an iron and immediately scraped off, lifting dirt, old wax, and contaminants from deep within the base.

Thanks to its very low melting point, RO21 offers exceptional fluidity, allowing it to penetrate the base structure and open the pores. This prepares the base to better absorb new glide wax, improving performance and durability. It is widely used as a pre-wax treatment and is especially effective for removing fluorinated residues after racing or high-performance waxing.
