The Armada Whitewalker 108 is Sammy Carlson’s vision of a playful freeride ski brought into a more versatile, everyday width. Designed for skiers who want to charge hard but still ski creatively, it blends lightweight construction with a surfy, freestyle-inspired feel that thrives in soft snow and variable terrain.

Built around an ultralight Caruba wood core, the Whitewalker 108 keeps swing weight low while maintaining enough stiffness underfoot for stability on landings and at speed. Armada’s signature shaping—featuring pin tip and tail geometry with Smear Tech 3D beveled contact points—creates a catch-free, pivot-friendly ride that excels in powder, slush, and off-piste terrain. With a shorter turning radius and added precision compared to its wider siblings, the 108 brings the Whitewalker feel to a broader range of conditions, making it a true “free-tour” and playful all-mountain option.

FEATURES:

  • Lightweight Caruba wood core for low swing weight and lively performance
  • Freeride Rocker profile (rocker/camber/rocker) for versatility across conditions
  • Smear Tech 3D beveled tips and tails for catch-free skiing and easy pivoting
  • Pin Tip & Tail shape enhances float and reduces swing weight
  • AR75 Sidewall construction balances edge hold with reduced weight
  • Short turning radius for quick, responsive handling
  • Freestyle-inspired design for slashing, buttering, and creative skiing
  • Stable underfoot flex for confident landings and higher-speed control
  • Designed as a 50/50 freeride / backcountry “free-tour” ski
