PH 1000 is a strong electrolyte drink designed to help you stay hydrated when you're sweating. Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water.

Dissolve 1 tablet per 500ml of water and drink to thirst when you're sweating (if recommended in your Personalised Hydration Plan).
