How to use Gel X PRO?

Gel X PRO  is easily and quickly absorbed with minimal effect on the digestive system. Drink during training and racing to provide energy and avoid ‘bonking’ during endurance sport.

Directions:

1 Gel = 120 Calories

1 Gel = 29.3g Carbohydrates

Simply tear off top of packaging and squeeze contents into your mouth.

Depending on your sport or event consume:

1 Gel 10-15 minutes prior

1 Gel every 30-40 minutes

Drink adequate fluid throughout your session.
