The backpack for the ultimate in backcountry adventures, the Dimension Avalanche Backpack includes an airbag to help increase your chances of survival in an avalanche.
DESCRIPTION:
Featuring an airbag to support chances of survival in high-risk avalanche zones, the Dimension Avalanche Backpack combines enhanced safety with a variety of carrying possibilities, making it easy to carry all your kit for a day in the wilderness.
With a 25L capacity and numerous carrying loops for kit on the pack's exterior, the bag makes it easy to carry your skis, helmet, ice axe and more.
An adjustable frame in the backplate makes it easy to find a comfortable fit, and highly adjustable straps around the chest and waist give absolute security.
A large pocket on the outer is specially designed for avalanche tools and is lined with highly durable materials to prevent damage and tears. A fleece-lined goggle pocket prevents lens damage.
Small drainage holes in the exterior pocket mean water from wet gloves or skins can easily escape, and the rest of your kit stays dry.
Safety is further improved by the inclusion of both a RECCO® Reflector and a twICEme® NFC Medical ID.
The backpack's airbag is powered by a supercapacitor, meaning there are no gas canisters or batteries required, making the backpack easy to travel with by air, and also giving the possibility to test the airbag functionality before heading into the backcountry.

The avalanche airbag is designed to increase your chances of survival in an avalanche. Powered by a supercapacitor, it's quick to charge, is not temperature sensitive, can be deployed multiple times and fully inflates in under 4 seconds.

Avalanche Pocket
A quick-access avalanche pocket is lined with highly durable Cordura so your avalanche tools are always within reach and won't damage the bag.
RECCO® Reflector
A RECCO® Reflector helps rescue services easily and quickly locate you if something goes wrong.
twICEme® NFC Medical ID
Medical info stored on the twICEme® NFC Medical ID chip can easily be read by co-riders and first responders with a tap of a smartphone.
Goggle pocket
A fleece-lined goggle pocket prevents scratches.
Water resistant
The highly durable and waterproof 4-layer laminated VX21 fabric is complemented by water resistant zips to keep belongings dry.
Drainage pocket
Keep skins or wet gloves away from all your dry belongings by storing them in the front pocket featuring a drainage hole so snow and water can escape.
Carrying straps and loops
There are carrying straps for skis and snowboards, as well as a removable dual-position helmet pouch, so all your gear can be on your back while trekking. Loops for an ice axe feature on the front.
Carabiner loop
Hang your water bottle from the left shoulder strap using the carabiner loop.
